The Fishermen Ministry was started by Richard D. Eutsler, Sr. in the 1970’s.  He started the Vermont fellowship in the 1980’s.  In the 1990’s he started the South Carolina fellowship.  In the early 2000’s he started the Texas fellowship.  We now have local fellowships around the world, including South Carolina, Vermont, Texas and Africa.
